For ICQ 6 and 7 there is no tool which makes it possible to read out and display ICQ passwords. That is because ICQ only saves the MD5 hash of the password. Although via another way, ICQ Password Hasher in usage together with the tool ICQ Password Changer offers a remedy. With this tool ICQ passwords can be changed even as they are forgotten. This is possible because the ICQ server accepts a login via the MD5 hash of the password. Only requirement is that the password of the account is saved at ICQ 6 or 7 and coded in the file Owner.mdb or Owner.qdb.
